With a lifetime dedicated to service, I bring a different perspective to protecting what matters most.

I spent 32 years as a Respiratory Therapist and 9 years as a Firefighter Medic. I have been on the scene when life changed in an instant. I have also seen what happens when coverage is missing or does not work the way people thought it would.

That experience drives how I build policies today.

I focus on clear guidance and strong protection that fits your budget. Every client works directly with me. We go through your coverage together so you understand exactly what you have and how it performs when it matters.

Teresa Nauyokas

Teresa serves full time as a Registered Nurse Case Manager at IU Arnett, working closely with patients and families through complex medical situations and major life transitions.

Her background includes years in pulmonary care, critical care support, and hospice, where attention to detail and doing things right directly impact outcomes .

Within the agency, Teresa supports the business behind the scenes during nights and weekends. She helps manage bill pay, coordinates supplies and equipment, and keeps operations moving so the team can stay focused on clients.

She also plays a key role in the personal side of the business, organizing client welcomes, team recognition, and important moments like birthdays. Those details matter. They help build relationships and create an experience people remember.

Her influence shows up in both how the agency runs and how people are cared for.
